D Color Lab provides architectural concept films, cinematic walkthroughs, design visualization, photography, videography, VFX, and related creative services as agreed with each client on a project-by-project basis.
The scope of work, number of included revisions, and delivery timeline will be agreed in writing (email or signed proposal) before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Payment terms (deposit, milestones, final balance) will be specified per project. Final files are typically released upon receipt of full payment.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivered final files may be used by the client for the purposes agreed at the outset of the project. D Color Lab retains the right to display completed work in its own portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Cancellation terms, including any non-refundable deposit, will be specified per project agreement.
D Color Lab is not liable for delays or issues arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including delayed feedback, incomplete source material, or third-party platform outages (e.g. hosting, cloud storage).
